Hi there! I'm Lydia, mom to two little girls, French expat turned Texan, and your Austin Texas photographer on the weekend.
Originally from Brittany, France, I made Austin, TX my home in 2013. In 2016, we welcomed our first daughter, later followed by her little sister in 2022. Becoming a mom is what made me pick up a camera in the first place. I wanted to remember - from the long and exhausting nights of the newborn stage, to the chaos of toddlerhood, and all the snuggles in between. And I believe you deserve to remember it too.

It all starts with getting to know each other, and making sure we are a perfect match. My process begins with a conversation. I want to hear everything—from the most joyful to the beautifully chaotic moments of your parenting journey.
We’ll talk about the details of your session, answer any questions you might have about working with me and figure out if we’re the best fit for each other.

Once your date is reserved, we'll connect to start chatting about possible locations for your session. You can choose from a session in your home, at an outdoor location in the Austin area, or in studio (additional fee applies).
If you're not sure about where you would like to take your photos but you have a general idea of the look you would like, just let me know and I would be happy to recommend a few locations based on your aesthetic!

If picking out outfits for photos takes you back to your high school days when you literally tried on everything in your closet and piled it on your bed but still felt like you had nothing to wear, you're in luck!
I will share with you an extensive outfit suggestion guide with tips for every member of the family, and appropriate for the season in Austin.

Session day is here! You will receive a calendar invite from me prior to your session, including details so you know exactly where to find me at your chosen Austin location.
Should we need to reschedule the session due to bad weather, you'll receive notice at least 24 hours prior. Please plan for your session to take about 60 to 90 minutes from start to finish (2-3 hours for a newborn session).
your portrait session
Two to three weeks after your session, we will meet again for your reveal and ordering appointment. During that time, we'll review your proof gallery and choose your favorite images from your session.
Once your final choices are made, each image will be master retouched. Your final gallery of high-resolution images will be available for download within 1 week.

What if my kids refuse to cooperate?
If it looks like the weather will not be in our favor, I'll connect with you at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule. We'll also schedule a rain date as a backup to ensure a smooth rescheduling process.

Your retainer fee reserves your session date and covers my time & expertise as your photographer. Artwork and digital images will be chosen and purchased during your gallery reveal appointment.

Yes! I offer several artwork collections so that you can choose exactly how you'd like to enjoy your photos in your home. From heirloom albums to custom frames and matted prints, I handle the design and ordering for you to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Also, when we're scheduling our initial portrait session date, if it works for our calendars, we can set up both a main date and a rain date just to make sure we don't have to postpone your session for very long if the weather isn't ideal on the original date.

The $250 creative fee covers my time, talent, and creative expertise as your photographer, as well as pre-session planning and editing.
After your session, we will schedule a reveal and ordering appointment to view your gallery and choose your collection. Products and digital images will be purchased during your ordering appointment, separate from the creative fee.

Within 2 to 3 weeks of your session, I will be in touch via email to schedule your reveal and ordering appointment.
During that time, we'll go through your gallery and choose your favorites for your custom artwork. Your beautiful heirlooms will be delivered to your home within 4 to 6 weeks while your digital gallery will be ready within 1 week of our reveal appointment.
