My newborn photography style strives on authenticity. As such, your session will be kept simple, using few props, so your baby's true beauty remains at the heart of every image. You can expect images that are light, airy, and filled with warmth, focused on bringing out the real love and connection with your little one.
I aim to create photographs that are more than mere images on a screen. Together we'll build something lasting—beautiful photo artwork you'll be proud to pass down to your children for generations to come.
Next, you'll be invited to a complimentary phone consultation to further discuss your vision. I will help you nail down all the things— from family outfit choices, to location, or how to best prepare the kids for your session. Anything you need for a stress-free experience.

FAQs AS AN AUSTIN NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER
When should I book my newborn photo session?
I recommend reaching out in your second trimester to ensure availability. We'll use your due date as a placeholder. Simply let me know when your little one arrives and we'll lock in a date. I only take a limited number of sessions per month to allow for plenty of flexibility.
How old should my baby be for a newborn photoshoot?
Ideally, your newborn should be around 10 to 14 days old at the time of the session. However, I will schedule newborn sessions through up to 6 weeks old. Babies grow so incredibly fast, and that first month of life will be best to capture all their tiny features.
what is your approach to infant safety?
Your baby's comfort and safety is always my number one priority. As a lifestyle newborn photographer, I only perform baby-led, safe poses. Additionally, I have received extensive 1:1 newborn wrapping, posing, and safety training from renowned photographers.
Do you use photo props for your Newborn sessions?
As a lifestyle photographer, I utilize the natural elements already present in your home to create authentic images. Props are very minimal and limited to a simple Moses basket, swaddles, and bows - upon request.
Do you offer printed artwork?
I offer artwork collections that are completely customizable to your needs. Because I would hate for my clients' images to be lost on the cloud, you can choose from multiple custom artwork options including albums, wall art, and matted prints.
