Our time together will be stress-free, relaxed, and unrushed - all by following your baby's lead. Safety and comfort for your infant are my top priority. I have received extensive newborn photography training with experienced Austin photographers to ensure your baby is always handled with the utmost care. From carefully wrapping your newborn to posing her, I keep a lifestyle approach that is gentle, soft, and patient. We'll make time for diaper changes, feeding breaks, and everything your baby needs to feel calm and at ease.
**A $395 retainer fee is due at booking to reserve your date. The remainder will be due after viewing your gallery.

When should I book my newborn photo session?
I recommend reaching out in your second trimester to ensure availability. We'll use your due date as a placeholder. Simply let me know when your little one arrives and we'll lock in a date. I only take a limited number of sessions per month to allow for plenty of flexibility.
How old should my baby be for a newborn photoshoot?
Ideally, your newborn should be around 10 to 14 days old at the time of the session. However, I will schedule newborn sessions through up to 6 weeks old. Babies grow so incredibly fast, and that first month of life will be best to capture all their tiny features.
what is your approach to infant safety?
Your baby's comfort and safety is always my number one priority. As a lifestyle newborn photographer, I only perform baby-led, safe poses. Additionally, I have received extensive 1:1 newborn wrapping, posing, and safety training from renowned photographers.
what should we wear for our newborn pictures?
We'll use our design consultation to discuss your vision and my outfit recommendations. Additionally, I provide all my clients with a complimentary style guide with plenty of tips and outfit inspiration for you, baby, and every member of the family.
Do you use photo props for your Newborn sessions?
As a lifestyle photographer, I utilize the natural elements already present in your home to create authentic images. Props are very minimal and limited to a simple Moses basket, swaddles, and bows - upon request.
How long does an infant photo session take?
Although I do not time my sessions - to allow for enough flexibility - you can typically expect out time together to last anywhere from 2 hours to 3 hours.
Do you include parents and siblings in your newborn sessions?
Absolutely! In fact, I also love to incorporate other close family members, such as grandparents.
how much does a newborn session cost?
Your investment for a newborn session starts at $950. A $350 retainer fee is due upon booking to reserve your date on my calendar. After your session, we will meet again for your gallery reveal and ordering appointment, at which time you'll be able to select a collection of your favorite images and artwork.
do you offer a first year baby plan?
Yes, I do! My collective membership is a perfect option for families wanting to document multiple milestones. It includes 3 to 4 sessions of your choice over an 18 months period, at a discounted rate. Most often, families will choose a maternity session, newborn session, 6-month session, and a cake smash/first birthday session. Please inquire for full pricing details for a membership.
what kind of printed artwork is available.
I offer artwork collections that are completely customizable to your needs. Because I would hate for my clients' images to be lost on the cloud, you can choose from multiple custom artwork options including albums, wall art, and matted prints.
