A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to capture Jessika’s Cedar Park pregnancy photos, immortalizing the tremendous amount of love for her growing, first baby girl, Fae. Jessika is a wife to Nick and mom to the cutest, soon-to-be big brother, Dean.

Though I love capturing photos of mom only, there is something so special about incorporating the whole family in your maternity photos. Let’s talk about those precious shots with Jessika and little Dean! The giggles, the little kisses…The look of love on Jessika’s face looking at her first born with the anticipation of soon seeing him hold his baby sister is to be cherished forever!

Planning Jessika’s Maternity Session in Cedar Park, TX

I also had so much fun working with Jessika to plan her pregnancy photos. Jessika is a wedding planner so you can only imagine how well-versed she is with planning and styling! Preparing my clients ahead of their photo session is one of my non-negotiables. I want to ensure that their pictures turn out exactly how they envision them.

All of my sessions include a complimentary style guide with lots of tips on what to wear not only for mom but the whole family! It includes plenty of examples along with links to shops where you can find similar outfits.

Jessika went one step further and sent me a couple of style boards to help her choose! Together we landed on a beautiful pink midi dress from one of my favorite and most recommended shops for pregnant mothers, Pink Blush Maternity. From there, we were able to coordinate some cute outfits for dad and big brother, and voilà!
