My In-Home Maternity Pictures With 2-year-old Xavier

With little Xavier, his parents tried all their tricks to hopefully get their little boy to cooperate. The tablet, the TV, the bribes…Nothing worked! And guess what else? We made it work anyway. Instead of begging him to sit on the couch and smile, we gave him toys and let him play. Then, I encouraged his mom and dad to simply interact with him, make him laugh, do tickle fights. And there we had them – genuine, candid smiles. The best kind of smiles!
