Hi there! I'm Lydia, full-time mommy to two little girls, wife to a Hoosier, HR professional Monday through Friday, and your Austin photographer on the weekend.
Life is busy these days, yet I found in photography an outlet that allows me to pair my creativity with my love for people -especially tiny humans - and their families.
Originally born and raised in Brittany, France, I made Austin, TX my home in 2013. In 2016, we welcomed our first daughter, later followed by her little sister in 2022. Becoming a mom is what made me pick up a camera in the first place. I wanted to remember - from the long and exhausting nights of the newborn stage, to the chaos of toddlerhood, and all the snuggles in between.
And I believe you deserve to remember it too.

Session day is here! You will receive a calendar invite from me prior to your session, including location details so you know exactly where to find me. Should we need to reschedule the session due to bad weather, you'll receive notice at least 24 hours prior. Please plan for your session to take about 60 to 90 minutes from start to finish (2 hours for a newborn session).

Two to three weeks after your session, we will meet again for your reveal and ordering appointment. During that time, we'll review your proof gallery and choose your favorite images from your session.
Once your final choices are made, each image will be master retouched. Your final gallery of high-resolution images will be available for download within 1 week.

I believe your photographs are treasured keepsakes, itching to be printed and displayed in the place you call home so that, every single day, they can serve as a reminder of the unique love that fuels your family.

The LSP experience is an intentional, full service experience aiming to turn your precious images into tangible heirlooms you can enjoy to the fullest.
I believe your photographs are treasured keepsakes, itching to be printed and displayed in the place you call home so that, every single day, they can serve as a reminder of the unique love that fuels your family.
I recommend reaching out at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to your desired date. I only offer sessions on the weekend, so dates can fill up quickly, especially in the Fall and Spring.
After our discovery call, I will send a contract to review and sign, as well as collect your session fee to officially reserve your date.
WHEN AND HOW SHOULD WE BOOK?
With a toddler of my own, I'm well versed in capturing even the busiest of little ones.
I do not strictly time my sessions, primarily because I understand that little ones may need a little time to adjust to their environment and a new person.
I do not expect your children to pose and smile perfectly at all times, and neither should you. We can find beauty in the raw moments - the tickle fights, the belly laughs, and silly faces.
What if my kids refuse to cooperate?
If it looks like the weather will not be in our favor, I'll connect with you at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule.
Also, when we're scheduling our initial portrait session date, if it works for our calendars, we can set up both a main date and a rain date just to make sure we don't have to postpone your session for very long if the weather isn't ideal on the original date.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The creative fee covers the time, talent, and creative expertise of your photographer, as well as pre-session planning and editing.
After your session, we will schedule a reveal and ordering appointment to view your gallery and choose your collection. Products and digital images will be purchased during your ordering appointment.

Within 2 to 3 weeks of your session, I will be in touch via email to schedule your reveal and ordering appointment.
During that time, we'll go through your gallery and choose your favorites for your custom artwork. Your beautiful heirlooms will be delivered to your home within 4 to 6 weeks while your digital gallery will be ready within 1 week of our reveal appointment.
